The management for this region is NOT a micromanager and will provide all the support and training needed without micromanaging.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in industrial sales – 3+ years minimum
- Recent or current experience selling to auto manufacturers (any product or service)
- Engineering background a real plus ++
- Strong work ethic of making daily sales calls and creating your own schedule
Compensation is robust with a salary plus commissions for a total ranging from $80K to over $200K for the top rep. Health benefits, car allowance, phone allowance, travel expenses all covered by employer.
