Our client has 50+ years representing top lines of industrial lines to manufacturers throughout the USA. Top industries serviced are automotive and aerospace. You could be working for an ESOP company meaning it is employee owned! Employee satisfaction is statistically higher at companies with this structure.
Successful candidates will possess:
> 2+ years industrial selling experience preferably selling adhesives,sealants and coatings
> Sales experience selling to the automotive industry or aerospace industry- HIGHLY preferred
> Ability to travel overnight up to 20%
> Ability to work independently once trained
> A positive and “can-do” attitude
> Desire to work for a company with a positive, employee-centric culture
Compensation includes a base salary plus quarterly bonuses for a first year total between $95,000-110,000. Medical benefits, dental/vision optional, travel expenses covered.
