All candidates can expect personal service from Sales Executives. We take the time to conduct personal interviews before submitting selected resumes to client companies. We take the time to get to know your individual wants and goals to assist us in making the right placement with the right company.

Our clients are the hiring companies who entrust us to find the ideal candidate for them. We work closely with our clients on all aspects of the position- hard skill requirements as well as soft skill requirements.

When we list a position’s requirements, those parameters are set by the client and we work within those as much as possible. When you reply to a posting or listing, we will contact you directly only WHEN it matches what our clients require for that position. We confidentially store all resumes for consideration for future positions and will contact you when a compatible position is secured.

Interview Preparation

Prior to interviewing with the client, you will be provided an in-depth job description and background information on the client company. We want you to feel prepared for the interview.

At Sales Executives, we realize that a job search may be the hardest “job” you’ll ever have. We work efficiently and respect your time as well as our client’s time.
Conversely, we will invest as much time needed in interview prep to insure that you understand as completely as possible the position requirements and goals.

All contact with you, the candidates, and your references will be done in complete confidence.
Before submitting resumes for positions, you will be notified and the position discussed and agreed upon before the client receives it.
